Curbside Pickup Procedures for YPL
For patrons who do not wish to browse our library shelves
during regular business hours,
there are 3 easy ways to request materials  owned by YPL, specifics below

(1) download & complete a "Materials Request Form" below

(2) reserve/request items through our online catalog

(3) reserve material by phone- Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays

Curbside pick-up days are Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays; Pick-up time is by appointment

        When picking up materials: Please wear your mask while in your car & have your library card ready. 
​Reminder: (a) Once you've completed your request, our staff with contact you when your materials are ready/available.
(b) Curbside pick-up times are scheduled by appointment on Mondays, Wednesday, & Fridays.
(c) Inter-library loan (ILL mailing) has been temporarily suspended by the PDE & OCL statewide,
                           ​if you wish to borrow materials for a library other than YPL you must pick up items directly from that library.                                             (unless we have your card on file at YPL)

(click computer icon, on left to access catalog)
Undecided? There is an option for "choose a bundle for me" on the hard copy form
for both Adult/YA Request form (choose by genre)
& Pre-K to 8th grade Request from (choose by reading level).

Download a Request Form
1. Download a Request Form (below)
or Pick-up a request form at YPL
(located on outside of main doors)
2. Place completed Form in YPL's dropbox (open 24/7, to the right of main doors)
3. Wait for your phone call from us 
4. Pick-up your item(s) at YPL
please stay in your car
& follow the directions listed at each parking space

      Use YPL's
   online Catalog

1. Have your green Library card ready
            (a) username is the barcode number
                     on back of card (no spaces)
            (b) password is last 4 digits of your
         phone number listed on your library account
2. Click on the YPL computer icon 
     You can then search by keyword, 
    title, author, or advanced search
3. Find what you want,
click "request", & select:
